TaskShot Sales Partner Program Agreement
This is the framework for a sales partnership with BuildWise Technologies Kft. (TaskShot). Commission, customer discounts, and how long they apply are whatever we already agreed in writing. Accepting this confirms that partnership.
Parties
Provider: BuildWise Technologies Kft. Partner: the company or sole proprietor named in the registration.
Partnership
- You introduce TaskShot to companies. We run the product, billing, and support.
- After approval you get a partner code and the partner dashboard, where the terms we agreed are shown.
- This is a commercial partnership. It is not employment, and it does not make you our agent or a franchisee.
- You do not set our prices or commit us beyond what we agreed.
Payment
- You invoice us for commission that has accrued. We pay within 30 days of receiving the invoice.
- Currency is EUR unless we agreed otherwise.
- Your taxes are yours.
Conduct
- Promote TaskShot honestly. No self-referrals and no misleading claims.
- Follow the marketing and privacy laws that apply where you sell.
Ending it
Either of us can end the partnership with 30 days' notice. Commission already earned stays payable. We can end it immediately if you break this agreement.
Law
Hungarian law. Courts of Kecskemét, Hungary.
Effective: October 11, 2026
