TaskShot Sales Partner Program Agreement

Parties

Provider: BuildWise Technologies Kft. (TaskShot). Partner: the legal entity or sole proprietor (EV) registering with a valid tax ID.

Program

• Partners receive a unique referral code after manual approval.
• Referred customers receive 10% discount when they start a paid subscription (checkout), for 12 months. Partners may share the code at checkout or an optional registration link that pre-fills the code.
• For each referred organization, the partner earns two months of base subscription fees (excluding add-ons) once the organization completes two successful base subscription payments and remains active for 60 days without cancellation or refund.
• This is a commercial partnership, not employment, agency, or franchise.

Eligibility

• Only companies or sole proprietors with valid tax identification may apply.
• TaskShot may approve, reject, or suspend partners at its discretion.
• Self-referrals and misleading promotion are prohibited.

Payouts

• Partner may request payout whenever commission has accrued.
• Partner issues an invoice to TaskShot; payment within 30 days after invoice receipt.
• Currency: EUR unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Partner is responsible for its own taxes and VAT compliance.

Data protection

Partner contact data is processed to operate the program. See our Privacy Policy. Partners must comply with applicable marketing and data protection laws when promoting TaskShot.

Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days notice. Attributions that already qualified for commission remain payable. TaskShot may terminate immediately for breach.

Governing law

Hungarian law applies. Courts of Kecskemét, Hungary have jurisdiction.
