TaskShot Sales Partner Program Agreement

Parties

Provider: BuildWise Technologies Kft. Partner: the company or sole proprietor named in the registration.

Partnership

• You introduce TaskShot to companies. We run the product, billing, and support.
• After approval you get a partner code and the partner dashboard. The commission rates are the same for every partner.
• This is a commercial partnership. It is not employment, and it does not make you our agent or a franchisee.
• You do not set our prices or commit us beyond what we agreed.

Commission

• Direct commission starts at 50% of collected net subscription fees (after discounts). Each Budapest calendar month, new paying customers are numbered by their first successful payment: customers 1–3 earn 50%, customers 4–6 earn 60%, customers 7–10 earn 70%, and from the 11th the rate is 80%. The rate never exceeds 100%.
• A higher band applies only to new customers who arrive later that month. It does not change rates already locked for earlier customers. Numbering restarts every calendar month.
• If a customer's first payment is a yearly plan, commission on the full yearly fee after discount is paid in one amount, at the rate locked on that first payment.
• The rate that applies to a customer locks for 12 months from that customer's first successful payment. Plan changes, extra seats, and storage inside that window use the same rate, on the amount collected.
• A monthly invoice earns commission on the full amount collected, while the 12-month window is still open.
• If the customer switches to a yearly plan during that window, commission already earned on the monthly invoices stays, and the yearly fee earns commission in proportion to the months still left in the 12.
• Cancellation ends future commission. Commission already accrued stays payable. Nothing further accrues after the window ends, even if the subscription continues.
• A refund or chargeback reduces commission in the same proportion as the amount returned. It does not renumber the month.
• If a customer you brought refers another company that pays, you earn 20% of that company's collected net fees for 12 months from its first successful payment. The same monthly, yearly, cancellation, and refund rules apply. The monthly rate and the 20% do not stack on the same fee.
• Every partner uses these same rates.
• Commission is calculated in the currency paid, without conversion.
• Self-referral and organizations affiliated with you under the same email domain do not qualify for commission.
• Commission already accrued remains payable after the partnership ends. Locked customer rates continue until the end of their 12-month window.

Payment

• You invoice us for commission that has accrued. We pay within 3 banking business days of receiving the invoice.
• Currency is EUR unless we agreed otherwise.
• Your taxes are yours.

Conduct

• Promote TaskShot honestly. No self-referrals and no misleading claims.
• Follow the marketing and privacy laws that apply where you sell.

Ending it

Either of us can end the partnership with 30 days' notice. Commission already earned stays payable. We can end it immediately if you break this agreement.

Law

Hungarian law. Courts of Kecskemét, Hungary.
