This privacy notice explains how BuildWise Technologies Kft. (“TaskShot”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and safeguards personal data in connection with the TaskShot landing page, waitlist, and private beta programme. This document is intended as a starting point—please review with your legal counsel and update the placeholders below with your final company information and processes.

2. Personal data we process

• Waitlist & early access form: organisation name, primary contact name, email address, optional secondary email, country, company size, any additional details provided in free-text fields.
• Product analytics (optional): anonymised or pseudonymised usage data collected via Vercel Analytics.
• Cookies: strictly necessary cookies for site security and optional analytics cookies when consent is provided.

3. Lawful basis for processing

• Legitimate interest: to respond to early access requests, provide investor/beta updates, and evaluate product-market fit.
• Consent: for optional marketing communications or analytics cookies where required.
• Legal obligation: to comply with applicable EU and local laws (e.g. accounting, taxation).

4. How we use the data

We process personal data for the following purposes:

• Managing the early access waitlist and contacting applicants about onboarding;
• Sending product updates, roadmap information, and investor communications to opted-in recipients;
• Analysing aggregated usage patterns to improve the TaskShot product and infrastructure;
• Complying with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.

5. Data retention

Waitlist records are retained for the duration of the pilot and up to 24 months after the last interaction unless you request deletion earlier. Billing-related data (once you launch Paddle payments) will follow statutory retention periods under Hungarian and EU law.

6. Data processors & transfers

Personal data may be stored or processed using trusted third-party providers located within the EU/EEA or in jurisdictions with adequate safeguards. Typical processors include:

• Email delivery (e.g. Resend, SendGrid, or SMTP provider indicated in environment variables);
• Analytics (e.g. Vercel Analytics, Plausible, or similar);
• Payment processing via Paddle (acting as merchant of record).

Data transfer agreements and appropriate safeguards (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses) will be applied where required.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you;
• Request rectification or deletion of your data;
• Object to or restrict processing in certain circumstances;
• Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time;
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. For Hungary, this is the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH).
