What it is

Billing is the subscription for the organization. It is also where features are switched on and off.

Web: Billing. Owner only.

How it works

The page shows the current plan, the renewal, and seat use. Change the plan there when the team outgrows the included people or storage. Extra seats and extra storage are added on the same page.

Each feature has a switch. On shows it in the app. Off hides it. Hiding a feature does not change the price. During a trial the same switches exist, and features are not billed until the workspace subscribes.

Good to know

An admin cannot open billing. If a feature is missing from the menu, the first place to look is this page, not a higher plan. See Plans.
