What it is

The dashboard is the home view. It is a summary, not a second copy of every list.

Where to find it

Web: the home page after sign-in.

How it works

It shows counts for cases, media, active tasks, and team members. Below that: recently updated cases, your tasks, overdue tasks, and upcoming deadlines. Open cases on the home view are the most recently updated open cases from every folder.

Each row opens the case or task it points at.

Good to know

Use the dashboard to see what needs a person today. Use Search when you are looking for an old job by name.
