Photos and video

What it is

Photos and videos are the proof on a case. The phone takes them. The web app is where the office reviews, compares, and downloads them.

Where to find it

Mobile: open the case and capture. Web: open the case, or Drafts if the file is not on a case yet. A case can compare an earlier photo with a later one when at least two photos exist.

How it works

Shoot into the case so the file is on the job immediately. Name the required angle in a task, or in a case template, when the shot matters: before, the fault, the repair, after. Require an attachment on the task when that photo is what closes the work.

HD for photos is a camera setting the person shooting can turn on or off. It is not a separate product. Video uses its own length limit. See Extended video.

Good to know

A normal case holds 200 media items. Anything you need to keep should be on a case, not left in drafts.
