A job made of several steps, passed from one person or group to the next.
What it is
A workflow is a sequence of tasks for one job. Inspection, fix, and verification are three steps, not one task with a long description.
Where to find it
On Tasks, when the feature is on.
How it works
The steps run in order, or in parallel when the work does not have to wait. Each step has its own assignee. Completing a step is what hands the job to the next one.
Good to know
Workflows are on every plan. The owner turns them on or off under Billing. Use a single task when one person owns the whole job.
