Case location

A destination on the case, and GPS from the photo when the file has it.

What it is

Case location puts a place on the job. A destination pin is for getting there. GPS stored in a photo is for showing where that picture was taken.

Where to find it

On the case, when the feature is on.

How it works

Set the destination pin for the site. On mobile, that pin is what navigation uses. If a photo has location in its file data, those coordinates can be shown with the media.

Good to know

Case location is on every plan. The owner turns it on or off under Billing. It does not replace the case title. A plate number or site name in the title is still what search uses.
