Roles
Owner, admin, user, and executioner do not see the same controls.
What it is
Access inside one organization. A person in another organization does not see these cases.
Where to find it
Roles are set on Team. Billing is a separate page, and only the owner opens it.
How it works
- Owner controls the subscription, seats, storage, and which features are switched on.
- Admin invites people, sets roles, manages groups, and can review share links. An admin does not own billing.
- User does the daily work: cases and tasks, within what that screen allows them to create.
- Executioner does the assigned operational work, with narrower creation and admin controls.
Good to know
Team is available to admins and owners. A task can be assigned to a person or to a group, so the role and the group are different things. The role decides what someone can administer. The group decides who can take a piece of work.
