Partner organizations

What it is

Partner organizations are a parent and a child workspace. The parent can open shared and collector cases in the child from a read-only hub. The child does not become a user of the parent.

How it works

The parent generates an invite key and sends it to the child organization's owner. The key is shown once. The child redeems it. Either side can see the linked organizations. The parent opens a child to browse the cases that hub exposes.

Active keys can be revoked. A revoked key cannot be redeemed.

Good to know

Linking uses partner slots. How many are included depends on the plan, and more can be added on Billing. This is not the sales partner program. That program is how someone introduces TaskShot and earns commission. See For sales partners.
