What it is

A project is for a program that spans many jobs: a multi-site rollout, or one initiative with many cases under it. Floor-plan pins belong with projects.

Where to find it

Web: Projects. Creating or converting work can also offer a project when the feature is on.

How it works

Create the project, then put the related cases in it. Folders still sort the everyday list. The project is the layer above that, when one folder is not the whole program.

When the feature is off, you only choose a folder.

Good to know

Projects are on every plan. The owner turns them on or off under Billing. Off hides them. The plan price does not change.
