Subscriptions

What it is

A subscription is a follow on one case. Subscribed people and groups are notified when new photos or videos are uploaded there.

Where to find it

On the case. Collector cases use the same idea: subscribe for new uploads. The dashboard can list collector cases you follow.

How it works

Add a user or a group. They get the notification when media arrives. Unsubscribe to stop. The case does not have to be assigned to them. Assignment is ownership. A subscription is awareness.

Good to know

This is not the email list for the sales partner program, and it is not a billing subscription. It only follows media on that case.
