Trash

What it is

Trash holds what was deleted: cases, tasks, drafts, and media. It is the way back, for a limited time.

Where to find it

Web: Trash. Filter by title or id, and by type.

How it works

Restore an item to put it back. After 14 days it is removed permanently. A case media group can show that some files are in trash while others are still on the case. A draft can list the files that were removed with it.

Good to know

Restoring is not the same as closing a case. A closed case is still in Cases, under the closed filter. Trash is for something that was deleted.
