Share links
Someone outside the organization can view chosen media without an account.
What it is
A share link is view access to media you chose on a case. It is not a login to the workspace.
Where to find it
Create it from the case. Admins and owners review every link on Shared: who created it, whether it is still active, views, expiration, and last access.
How it works
Send the link to the person who needs to see the files. They open it in a browser. They do not need a TaskShot account. Revoke the link when access should stop. A revoked link does not keep working.
Search the list by case title, URL, or creator when you are checking what is still open.
Good to know
Use a share link when viewing is enough. Use an external collaborator when that person must upload onto one case without joining the organization. Use Advanced share when they must accept, reject, or comment.
