Extended video
Raises the clip limit from 3 minutes to 10.
What it is
A length switch for field video. Without it, a clip stops at 3 minutes. With it, a clip can run up to 10 minutes.
Where to find it
The limit applies when someone records in the mobile app. The switch itself is under Billing.
How it works
Turn it on when the work needs a walkthrough that does not fit in 3 minutes: a repair, an inspection route, a process on site. Leave it off when short clips are enough.
Good to know
Extended video is on every plan. The owner turns it on or off under Billing. Off does not delete clips that were already recorded.
