Task Desktop

What it is

Task Desktop is for someone at a desk who must not miss an assignment. An acknowledgement window stays above other programs. It is separate from the browser notification.

Where to find it

Installed on Windows. Announcements in the web app are delivered through this app.

How it works

When a task needs an acknowledgement, the window comes forward until the person responds. Broadcasts and polls from Announcements are shown here as well, including who has answered.

Good to know

Task Desktop is on every plan. The owner turns it on or off under Billing. Field people still capture on the phone. This app is for the office.
