Drafts

What it is

A draft is capture without a destination. Use it when you do not yet know which case the file belongs to.

Where to find it

Web: Drafts. Upload from the device, including several files at once. The mobile app also has quick capture into a draft.

How it works

Uploaded files are grouped by time. Select the ones that belong together and move them to a case or a task. Selected drafts can also be cleaned up in bulk.

Good to know

Drafts are temporary and are removed after a set period. Move anything you need onto a case before that. Deleted drafts can be restored from Trash for 14 days.
